Perfect place to stay with ideal location to Uptown and good food. Excellent service, so very helpful staff. Brand-new, decent size room with a king size bed. Location really close to shops, restaurants and downtown as well as the airport. A lot of food in the hotel, attached restaurant. Very nice stay, as always.

On-site Starbucks, well-maintained fitness center, strategic location for events
Cleaning staff need to improve attention to detail!!! Maintenance of bathrooms requires immediate attention!!! Housekeeping issues, like unemptied trash and missing items, shouldn't happen in this price range!!!

We hit up the BJCC arena for a concert and enjoyed some tasty eats nearby. The hotel was clean and comfy, with a cool rainshower in the bath. Plus, the staff was super friendly and ready to help. Definitely recommend it for group trips!
The only downside was that the front desk was a bit unfriendly during check-in. This made it a little awkward, but it didn't ruin our fun overall.

The room was decent, but the cleanliness could've been better. The tub was clogged, and it took a while to get it fixed. The beds were okay, at least. Definitely felt the need for a room change when I first arrived, made things a bit frustrating. But overall, it was all right for a quick stay.

Super comfy beds in the room with a private bathroom and a large walk-in shower. The fitness center was great for working out, and loved the hot tub. Room had a mini fridge and coffee machine, handy. Plus, the pool area had sun loungers, made it perfect for chilling outside.

Family with children enjoy the stay
I booked a corner king room overlooking the sports complex and it felt spacious. I loved how onsite restaurants were not just any places, they were actually great. Every meal we had was enjoyable.
It wasn't cheap, but for the amenities, it was acceptable.

The location was fantastic, with great views of Protective Stadium. It was a bonus to explore multiple nearby restaurants and enjoy the quiet, relaxing pool area during our time there.
In my wife's opinion, a microwave in the room would really help families with little ones.
